Intro: This Report Is Issued By GBS Diamond & Gems Testing Laboratory Rudraksh Research Centre & Accepted By The Client On The Following Terms & Conditions.

Point 1: A Gemstone Can Be Treated, Modified & Re-cut, To Enhance Its Colour & Clarity At Anytime. Therefore The Conclusions Of This Report Reflect The Findings At The Time It Is Issued.

Point 2: This Report Is Issued To The Client On His Accepting The Terms & Conditions Of The GBS Diamond & Gems Testing Laboratory Rudraksh Research For Gemstone Identification as They Appear In The Letter Submitted To The GBS Diamond & Gems Testing Laboratory Rudraksh Research By Client.

Point 3: This Certificate Does Not Indicate Whether The Stone Has Been Treated Or Not To It’s Present Colour By Any Process Whatsoever, Unless Otherwise Specified.

Point 4: Test Which Are Not Applicable Or Useful In Identification Are Not Performed.

Point 5: GBS Diamond & Gems Testing Laboratory Rudraksh Research Gem Carefully With Specialized Instruments & Prepared This Report To The Best Of It’s Knowledge & Professional Standards.

Point 6: This Certificate Is Not For Valuation Or Pertain To The Quality Of The Stone Or Cutting. It Is Only An Identification Report.

Point 7: It My Be Noted That Opinions May Reasonably Vary as To The Characteristics Covered In This Report & Therefore, Neither Nor Any Other Member Of it’s Staff Shall, at Any Time, Be Held Responsible For Any Discrepancy Which May Result From The Application Of Other Testing Methods.

Point 8: In The Event Of Any Claim By The Client Or Any Other Person For Damage To The Gem, Or Damages Resulting Directly Or Indirectly, From This Report, The Liability Of GBS Shall Be Limited To The Amount It Receives as a Fee In Connection With This Report.

Point 9: This Report Is Provided Upon The Request Of The Client and/or The Owner Of The Gem & Also By Agreeing To The Terms & Conditions Of The GBS Related To The Certifications. By Making This Report GBS Does Not Agree To Purchase Or Replace The Gem. Neither The Client Not Any Purchaser Of The Gem Shall Regard This Report as a Document Of Valuation Not as A Guaranty Or Warranty.

Point 10: GBS Is On No Account Responsible For Possible Dissimilarities and/or Differences That Could Appear From Repeated Examinations or as a Result Of Other Methods Applied or The Possible Inaccuracy Due to the Technical/Mechanical Defects/Errors Of The Instruments/Equipments Used.

Point 11: No legal action can be taken against our certificate, and any dispute arising from it shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat (Gujarat).

Point 12: Owner’s Are Requested To Check Their Goods Before Leaving The Counter.
